Reformation Concert 2024

GBC will hold our fifth (and final) Reformation Concert this year!

Like the previous concerts, we want to teach GBC members and visitors about Reformation doctrine that was lost and recovered for Protestants, and how these truths are our reason for congregational singing and rejoicing. These Reformation doctrines include:

• how the Scripture is our sole and final authority,

• how justification by faith alone is won in Christ alone by God's grace alone,

• and all this to the glory of God alone.

The 2024 concert theme this year is "Soli Deo Gloria" or "glory to God alone". The concert will be held on on 26 October 2024 at 8pm in our Sanctuary. We invite all to come and join us to sing about the glory of God.

In the month of October, as a church, we will also learn some of the songs that will be sung at the concert. These songs will be taught during our services, and you can use this Spotify playlist to learn and meditate on the lyrics in the week as preparation for the concert.
